Maggie in June
Im a fairly new R3T owner and am thinking of taking a ride 2 up with my wife from Nashville to Maggie Valley. Is there some place in this forum where i could find current information. i.e. rides? meeting places .. times? I'm assuming it is June 9th & 10th? 11th? any idea how many people are coming? Are there still any available hotels? Thanks

Rides are usually figured out the evening before over an adult beverag and the epicenter will be at A Holiday Motel - Affordable Hotel, Motorcycle Friendly Hotel

Im out camping with a horrible cell signal & a piss poor internet connection. Its taking forever to look thru pages assuming whatever connection i have doesnt drop completely but from what i can gather ... Joe put out a feeler anout mv in February. I guess its happening ... (but not able to search thru a myriad of pages and replys to figure it out) ... maybe it's not and somehow it changed to Wytheville the end of August.

Yep there is a larger get together in Wythville / fancy gap area last part of July into the first week of august. In june is a smaller get together which your more then welcome to show up and meet some great people. By the way I scoped both areas out and since I have been cornered on the road by 5 cop cars in Virginia and can only say I've had more luck in North Carolina and Tennessee Not that I deserved to have that much attention
 
Wow, five cop cars -- you stumbled upon a cop convention ? Sounds like a story to be told.
