loud exhaust

Why do you need a new cat delete, you have the staintune one

I wish Hans I got the Triumph OE upgrade CD from NCY and at 2000 rpm it has a significant pulsing bark then levels to a nice even sound above 2500.
I think the Viking is a work of art and it just has to be better

Like the rest of us I have poured many $$$ into the beast in the last 12 months, no regrets, but I promised myself I would stop spending, if I could get the price a little lower I wil go for it.

To be honest the small gain may not be worth it hold on and save, Paul is looking to do complete systems later he and I are working on what I think will be both aestheticly pleasing (3 into 1 into 3 mufflers) and yet hi flowing and functional, this could take a while so be patient and save it might be just what you would ultimately be wanting

Sounds good mate but it would be too pricey for me I recon..
Been talking about moving to Japan not firm yet, but I couldn't take the bike it's too old so costly annual inspections and there are too many hassles involved Im afraid

When you left Gympie when we met there a while ago I like the distinct sound of your exhaust set up, maybe one day I'll down that road.

I with you T/C not a fan of the constant drone from some after market exhausts and mufflers, put the tors on more than happy.

Hey Swiss,
Would/can you please give me the RCW cite that makes use of aftermarket exhaust against the law. Lot of muffler shops be out of bid'ness if true. Only restriction I'm aware of is a pinch for DVE (deffective vehicle equipment - too loud) or for loud and unnecessary noise, which also includes that produced from tires.

I would think it be the obnoxious loud noise that counts and not the brand, OEM or not, of the accessory.
Best Regards,
1olbull
PS: I have not kept an OEM exhaust on ANY of my street motors while riding around the streets of WA since 1962. I have been pinched for DVE because of loud pipes; but, not since 1969.

Any updates on the possible new system? Thanks
