Yesterday I tried to remove my key from the ignition and realized it was more difficult that usual. Upon closer inspection I realized that the entire switch was loose inside the triple tree. I plan on tearing into it soon but was wondering if anyone had any advice that might help me deal with what I am getting into. It looks like the headlights will need to be removed but I was wondering is there is a certain order I should remove things and what the fasteners are that likely failed so I can have replacements ready if needed. Anyone have to deal with this before? It seems like it should be a simple fix once I can access it. (assuming nothings broken)

Thanks IDK,
I just went out on my lunch break and removed the cover and got a better look. The "Un-Doable" bolts seem to have just backed themselves out on their own.....so much for being "un-doable". I think I am just going to remove them (they will easily back all of the way out with my fingers) and replace them with regular bolts. Can you please elaborate about what exactly the EB Headlamp relay is? I didn't find anything with the search feature. In the meantime I am going to send the Triumph factory a little tube of Loctite. Apparently they don't have this stuff over there.
