Lets hear those track times!!

Where are you doing the runs Rob? We've got a track out my way at Bremerton.

I used to ride down a country road quite often early on a Sunday morning. This road had a stop sign, followed by a long straight bit, so I got one of those measuring wheels and measured off 660' - or 1/8th mile - and marked it on the road with a spray can. I was usually at 95-100 when I passed the spot.

There are also cellphone apps that will give you 0-60, 1/8/ & 1/4 mile times etc.

I've used the Ulysses app which reads from gps. It's ok, but it lets me run when I'm ready, no having to cut a light or anything. 3 consecutive runs all in the 9.5's.

That’s what I’m shooting for. I completely ignore reaction time, it’s a meaningless metric for me.
