K-Drive Saddle Bags

Thank you Mr. Torch for the equipment. Arrived, installed/mounted with no problems. Thank you Mr. RCR for the mounting tip.

I believe the k-drives should work out fine. Function over form was my goal. Just put on a Utopia backrest and everything goes together quite well and matches up with the stock seats sissybar/luggage rack.

Bags were easy to install and the on/off locking seems to work well.
They aren't exceptionally large but I think they look fine.

They do seem to sit a bit away from the fender when looking from the rear, but, screwed it.

For function, can carry on a daily basis, necessities, i.e. tools, flash light, dry socks, frog togs, and various other misc. items all in the left bag which also gives some extra weight to that side when on the side stand.

And yes Mr. Torch, can get additional necessities in the other bag, i.e. six pack and box of chicken.

Glad things worked out.Pleasure doing business with you. Dont know know if you emailed me at my work email but I had a family emergency that I had to attend to in Nebraska.

Simonr, thanks let me know how you get on with them

Sorry for the delay, but I've just been out for my first proper ride with them. I only fitted one, but I can't really add much to the other comments:

Could be bigger, but big enough.
Can't tell they're on when riding (at up to motorway speeds).
Mrs says she'll be able to pillion with no problems when they're fitted.
Easy on and off, brackets look OK (not pretty, but acceptable) when bags aren't fitted.
Difficult to lock to bike when panniers are full (the lock is inside the pannier), but fit safely without the need to lock.
Buckles and straps are a bit of a pain, could do with qr system.
Definitely not waterproof (rain will get in under flaps), but showerproof (tested by me earlier today :) )
