Just bought my second Rocket III and think I stole it

Yeah, I'd be kicking myself a bit on that one. I just read about deals like these but never come across one in my area.

Ok that looks to be a 09 standard with the classic floor board set up. Of course it could be a Classic with a new set of phantom black tins.

One way to know is the side stand. How do I know? - I have an 09 Standard which I fitted Classic boards to. Tiny bit of modding required

Ya I just used the proper side stand.

I just found a 2009 R3 Classic in great shape at a repo lot. Had 2700 miles on it and in good shape. I offered 4k on an asking price of $6500 and the bank took it. I will get a pic up asap. I owned an R3 touring a few years ago and sold it and have missed it ever since.
