Is this a good price?

Back then the list price was $15,999. That $5000 off is what gave me the freedom to accessorize.
The 2012 I just purchased was listed at $16,799. Brand spanking (zero kilometers). The dealer took off $4,100, which will also allow for a pile of extras and I also received a $500 credit for accessories. Way more than I expected to save. :)

There are some good deals out there. You have to look. Some cities can't get enough of them for stock. For example, the first dealership I checked would only give me $100 off for a cash deal on a 2014 Rocket. They had 1 available with 1 more coming in April and another in May. They had no older stock. What I can't figure is that the used Rocket market here has the bikes priced more that the new ones are listed for. Supply and demand???

When you look at the quality of this cruiser and compare it to most other cruisers.... you really get more than you are paying for!

I asked Wayne Tripp and he said there still the same so pretty sure
Definitely not locked, I have a 2014 red stripe that I got in September and it's all open for tweaks...I double checked with the TuneECU guru's then hooked up to it and all is well

Dave:
You will like the Beast, but nothing is quite like the Valk. We rode a Valk standard for a few years and consider it the best overall cruiser that Honda has ever built (and arguably the best overall cruiser that anybody has ever built). Age and miles convinced us to part with ours, but we miss it some time. Don't part with the Valk if you can justify keeping it. This is to take nothing away from the Beast which has great power and handling; and is great fun. We very much enjoy ours. Our $.02.

We trudge on.
