It's been a long time, but I don't remember the plug. Maybe added for newer models , I know it overlaps different models

That is just a drain
Should just b a tube
May also b vent
It should b there the old one gets brittle and breaks of it doesn't seem to hurt if it is gone

That is the electrical terminal that works the starter solenoid. Your wire from starter relay hooks to this.
Is in the wrong place or is there a problem?

Mine is not a plug it's threaded with a nut on it.
