The Chevy looks cool but the Mercedes is a beauty. Now that is style and elegance that makes an entrance and turns heads. The Chevy in the pic is also beautiful but nothing I would want long term. I mean that if I had a choice between the two as of course I would want the Chevy but that MBZ, just wow! Besides, anything with the name Exorcist would have me looking in the rear view mirror and hoping no one was looking back at me.
And every new electric sports car will blow you off the road. I say wait for the 0-100km'hr in 1.5 seconds auto coming down the pipe. Doesn't matter. I owned a hellcat...Wife took it when she left... and it only came close to the thrills of riding the ZX14R.
If it isn't AWD, 700hp will just spin the back tires until you are really moving. Even with the soft racing tires. Been there. So, all cool but no rule.
Btw, it's not just buying these cars, the aforementioned Bentley blew a head gasket or something like that, dealer quoted him $18,000 for repair, he ditched it and got the Mercedes. Oh, and he had the same philosophy, bought them a couple years old for around half the price of new, the type of people that buy these cars new have no interest in used ones.
