Agree the TPS is vulnerable without using the kill switch, but using the kill switch on the Rocket or my SP3 has been an issue, but the problems clear when you turn it off with the key and then ride it again later. The RIII is also unhappy if you grab a little throttle when you are starting it. That also clears when you turn it off and restart it.
