Hi all, I have just fitted a relocation kit (comes with a new ignition switch) this seems to have resolved the issue without upgrading the headlight with a EB kit or LEDs i will eventually get the eb kit but hopefully the relocation has permanently sorted it I will keep you informed.
Thanks.
Gordy.

Anyone know what relays they use in the EB Kits ?

the headlights high current draw is what takes out the ignition switch i put on two relays and switched it to battery draw.
there are a lot of relocation switches most work good until they don't.
whether or not it will help can't say until i see the info on it.
eastern beaver kit uses smaller relays and probably can only be purchased from eb is eb still around?
installed mine a long long time ago and still running good miles around 60,000 miles.
there are a lot of old threads on this if you can find in the search box.
DECOSSE USED TO MAKE THE (SORRY CAPS) set ups but had some trouble finding good parts.

the 2010 up changed to an extra relay so i don't think many of the ignition failed if they did i will soon hear about it
My '11 Roadster ignition went out, but I was able to salvage it. I did a homemade Eastern Beaver kit (probably not necessary on the '11 and a waste of time, but didn't know any better at that time). It was a real PIA and afterwards decided the savings vs amount of time wasn't worth it. If you can still get one from EB do that....

I have a 2010 Touring. I had a short circuit issue about a month after I got it. The short was off the secondary positive battery terminal, but while figuring that out discovered that a white wire in an 8-wire plug under the tank had burned and been replaced/bypassed by a previous owner. I did not lose any time getting me that Easter Beaver headlight relay kit. I've had no issues or worries since. Got all of that info right here in the forum. I can't say if EB is still around, though. I'll do some checking.
