I said I would never do it, but...........

Unless you prefer heated grips, lots of us run these, Greg and the Throttle rockers are a good option... Kuryakun ISO Grips for the New Triumph Rocket III

Thanks Phil! What throttle locks are you guys using and have you seen the one I can not find that disengages when you hit the Right Brake lever......I will get the ISO's for sure...Just want to do the whole install at one time rather than get the grips the install the throttle lock..

Thanks...!

Greg

PS...Does the boss reduce the fatigue factor enough to justify the 18 dollars?

I had a throttle lock that came on a bike I bought used and it was useless as I never found a place where I could use it

Throttle locks should only be used to give your hand a short rest. Used as a cheap arse cruise control they're dangerous (I know) and pretty frustrating as it's almost impossible to sit on a constant speed without endless adjustment.

Yeah, i had one a those, got rid of it, there is at least one wreck that i know caused by them, almost as dangerous as a car tire,,

The throttle rocker for Iso Grips is only worthwhile for the occasional perch to briefly rest you hand(s). aside from that, it does help to more securely hang a helmet from the bar end. I've tried other throttle lock, rockers, etc. and found them to be either a hazardous nuisance or about as useful as the rockers.
