My friend is a full weekend job.

Cut the window with a dremel.

Use the of piece to transfer the bear claw shape on to mesh (Can be bought at automotive shops)

Install the mesh with SikaFlex polyurethane from the back.

Then fine tune the shape by pushing out with your fingers once the sikaflex is set.

Patience and sour thumbs :)

I spent a good 7-8 hours making mine.
 
As I hate pain and lack patience, if I was doing it I would press the cut out section of the bearclaw into a sandbag or similar to make a mold and use a curved end (half sphere) mallet to form the mesh.

You can get the basic shape with sandbag but the fine triangulation to be smooth and strong you.need thumbs :) Yeah lol pain in the thumbs :)
