I introduce you the AIR-Claw

Not enough Black you need -

Not enough Black,;):D you need -

Thanks a bunch mate. I haven't done the front end yet other than just temporarily painting the head lights and a few other things.

In 3 months I will have a single 7' headlight with customised windshield and Sami flat handle bars with mirrors and other stuff altered too.

I spent 5 months rebuilding the engine in my garage along with the current body stuff. Lol I just want to ride/run in the rebuilt engine in before I spent more time in the workshop :)

Finally finished my AIR-Claw and finished my mods til Australian spring! Now let's ride

My friend is a full weekend job.

Cut the window with a dremel.

Use the of piece to transfer the bear claw shape on to mesh (Can be bought at automotive shops)

In stall the mesh with SikaFlex polyurethane from. The back.

Then fine tune the shape by pushing out with your fingers once the sikaflex is set.

Patience and sour thumbs :)

Need go see if I can work out how to do the same for this filter.

Then I can refit it!

Hmm I think you will need to push the mesh out with a wider angle but with no bottom piece left it us going to be hard to give the mesh structural strength.

I think that looks fantastic the way it is.

I did mine because it protects the pods from rocks, people touching/stealing + in Australia cops don't like pod filters and they can defect our vehicles... It just makes it a little more hidden and tidy + added some weather protection too compared to just filters out in the open.

True - but my knees are rubbing the foam.

Yeah I was wondering how It would have felt.

Next time I take the "Air Claw" claw off for cleaning the pods I will share detailed photos.

I hope that will help.
