Hotwater Heater To Supertrapp.

Tried two PC III s in the past on two different bikes. Kept for a short time and sold them on Ebay. Will not waste my money on them again. Yes they were set up properly , by one of their dealers . Problem is if you change anything , it is back to the dyno again. Found out that a good tune up , balancing the throttle bodies , and adjusting the TPS to either lean or enrich did a lot better job. Never heard about the other tools. But figure they are probably the same as the PC III.
OkeyDokey ... think maybe I could talk you into an 1/8th mile race for pinks? LOL :D

I got some more info from the previous owner . He had included a set of Drag pipes that were on it when he purchased it . The bike had been running fine . No back fire , just lots of noise .Believe he may have had it to a dealer.
That is when he decided to put the Yamaha warrior muffler on. He noticed that it dragged down the power & MPGs , but was willing to live with it.
I have a little over 100 miles on the Supertrapp with 9 plates installed. Really like it. Improved performance, without the windows rattling .

You need to have them fix that header pipe like Travel guy stated its been cut rotated and rewelded. or find a used one like from a guys who has the Predotor pipes or I believe they have two a complet touring set which is damaged but the header look s fine and they only want 50.00 bucks plus shipping.

You could call and ask them if the have a standard header pipe and chrome shields
They also have a complete standard stock exhaust its 289 though.
if your header pipe shields are OK and the most important one the one where it goes into the dual pipes then you could get away with making the touring one fit.

My bet is if you call them they will have a standard Header pipe and shields laying around. 330-879-9910
Heres the link to the complete standard pipes

Like I said call them I bet they have the header or at least can compare and make sure the cheap touring one is the same by comparing the two different sets they have.
sure is worth a try to clean up the look a bit.

I have a complete stock system, header, shields, mufflers, the works. You can have as much or little of it as you want for $50 plus shipping on what parts you want.
It's my old mufflers and another members header from replacing TOR's with Jardines. The tips on the TOR's had minor scratches on two of them, so I used my tips on them for my bike.
The variable here is shipping ... the whole system could be pricey, but the header alone should be around $35 in the US.

Next riding season I will be in the area to run at ATco if your interested in the 1/4 mile:D I have only raced once but I think I can handle the pink slip plus a new bike tire:p

It will do the 1/4 in <11 and the 1/8 in <7 with saddle bags and tall windscreen. The bikes that could beat it in the 1/4 were behind me at the 1/8 mile mark. The 9 second drag bikes were right along side until the 1/8 mile and then were gone, that's why I think it would be a fun day at a short track. It's nothing special in the 1/4, I think any big ****** rocket could take it. But on a shorter run they wouldn't stand a chance.

One thing I learned at Atco is the racing was a blast especially if your there to have fun and not in the back betting 5K a pass. I remember the busa I thrashed came up to me and looked the bike over and said "man you even have the kitchen sink on that monster and stilll whooped my ass" I smiled and said ya we use the sink to keep the front end down :) The ZX-14 in the picture I posted was very good about it also as he realized I was just learning and drove 550 miles that day ate supper and then had sport bikes for desert. Now there was this V-rod and you could see and hear he had some doe in the motor, he let bikes go ahead of him until he could line up against me. after I made him look bad he said nothing and loaded the bike up on a trailer and left. He looked kind of pissed. The neatest thing was you paid 20.00 and broke the law not tickets, no jail, and met a lot of nice guys on all types of bikes. I can't wait till next year when I am pushing her over 350 HP as I think it will run very well. I do want to try her with the sports screen on it and maybe duck down this time instead of sitting straight up. Oh and I suppose I won't fill the tamk all the way up either who need the extra weight !!! All in all it was a great first time.
