Horn Replacement

Buy a Honda goldwing horn they are loud. It will fit where the stock horn does.

Just sold my Goldwing GL1800 before I bought the Rocket about three weeks ago.
If you say it fits where the stock one is I'll buy one right away. Thanks for the info.

It takes a bit of angling and moving the cabling that's there around but it fits. Had one on 2 of my R3's...

Will u guys stop swearing on here G##d&$"# is a dirty word

Fiamm's with the eastern beaver relay. Moved the coolant overflow to where the air filter used to be and mounted the compressor under the bear claw. I think I posted pics here a while back.

I put a horn from a triumph Thunderbird on my R3t and it's no longer sounding like a moped!

Hella Supertones. They're very loud and not air horns (so should be more reliable, less moving parts).

They're fire engine red by default and big, but with a little paint and/or ingenuity in mounting and you should have one heck of a beeper. Or rather, pair of beepers.

They probably suck down enough power to need a relay connected to the original horn cables and a direct hookup to the battery.

Should be easy to combine with the Screaming Banshee if one buys just the electronics.

I've got FIAMM Highway Blasters on my Beemer, F and G note, and they are loud.

Getting ready to fit one for the Rocket soon. Around $20 at Pep Boys.

Stebel Nautilus is what I've put on my last 4 bikes. It's not too hard to wire up, not expensive, and the loudest thing out there without going to an air horn setup. BTW the WOLO Badboy horn is the same horn with a different name stuck to it.
Just a question, did you use the existing wiring on the rocket or did you run a separate circuit for these horns? The reason I ask is that these horns come with a relay that has a higher output than some stock relays.
Thanks

I ran separate wires directly to the battery its not hard to hook up
