If you can't actually have both, the best of both worlds is to fit up your bike with quick release sissy bar and bags. You can strip down or do up as the need arises. Personally I'd have gone for a Roadster but the Touring can be pepped up to the same level of performance. One way or another you have a sheep in wolves clothing - or is that wolf in sheep's clothing.

Welcome Never from another Ontario rider. Glad to see you're stoked, pumped and ready to ride! Love mine to bits also :)

The Bike came loaded with those options already, one of the reasons I got the touring and the ergonomics seemed to work better for putting the wife on back.
I'm definately interested in getting more power so I was, am, looking at the TORS with a retune, because of the 2 year warranty, which they will still cover, I think, if I go that route. Funny about the "wolf in sheep's clothing", that actually is my first name;)

Hey Gregger. Hello fellow Ontarian. I see your from Timmins, I'm from Courtice, just east of Oshawa. Stoked and pumped, and ready to ride ,definately:)

Hello Neveragain and welcome from Virginia. You picked the better Rocket...just sayin'

Hey Boog, just a question. I noticed you have the TORS on your bike. I also have a 2014 R3T and I'm interested in adding the same. Are you happy with the TORs, anything about it not live up to your expectations? Your opinion would certainly mean alot.:)

I noticed a significant change when I got my bike back after the upgrade. Whether it is the pipes or the new tune, I’ don’t know. But in any case, the bike moves out quicker from a dead stop and has a quicker response while rolling if the urge comes upon me to move out. I asked them to remove the secondary restrictions in the first three gears but honestly haven’t tried it out yet to see if they did or not. Time for some T&E I suppose… My only negative is that I was hoping for more sound then what I got. My neighbors are not upset by that but the sound level only increased slightly though it does sound a little deeper than stock. Running it side by side with a 2014 Roadster with TORs, the R3R is louder.

Thanks Boog, exactly what I needed to hear. The "not so much" increase in sound is no problem, and this is about as far as I want to take my bike performance wise and with my new seat arriving next week, I'll be done spending money I haven't got:).....I think
