Hello everyone. Bought a Rocket Roadster, this is my first non Harley bike that I've owned. Quite an eye opening experience when you first get on one of these things. Took it for a test ride and came back and said, 'I gotta have one of these!' And so it began. I've been cramming in all the knowledge I can and joined a few of the Rocket Facebook pages, many thanks to those whom have already helped me!! I've heard and seen that this is one of the best sources of information and knowledge for Rocket owner so I hope to become part of that and also tap into what I see is a wealth of knowledge.
Currently own a 2015 FLHXS and a Rocket X. Doing some intake and exhaust mods are at the head of the list now. Have the Harley where I want it but can't wait to tap into all the Rockets potential.
Update...already!! Just an FYI that may be helpful...I've also changed out the foot controls to the older style that are more forward, and installed a set of Rivco risers. And if you want to keep the original cable routing the clutch cable from a touring model works. The throttle cables are too long though.

Welcome from Cape Cod. Where are you from? You are going to love the Rocket. Add some additional power and you may not ride your H-D anymore. I have a Springer that has become a helmet and gear holder.

Welcome aboard. This is certainly the best place to learn everything you'll want to know.

welcome. I have a neighbor that bought a cvo street glide and then added the 117" kit to it, I told him of my harley days modding my bike til it finally grenaded and told him about the R3 but he couldn't have been less interested. Most people buy harleys and one of the ways I decide the posers vs the riders is how they treat me when i'm on a triumph. I like you already.

Hey Rick...I'm in Delaware. I just got it back after a couple months. Had a leaking head casting so that needed to get replaced. Thankfully it was warranty work. I really need to figure out this Tune ecu thing. I'm figuring from what I can gather that's the way to go. Especially if I want to change intake and exhaust. But I'm lost when I start looking into it. Hoping to get some help from here.

Hey two wheels are two wheels. I love my Harley but that doesn't mean I can't own or like other bikes. One size doesn't fit all, ya know?

Hi from a newbie here...your right about the 1st ride on a rocket,i remember my words when i got out the saddle "Jesus Christ"
I literally laughed out loud on that. I'm with ya. I test rode it with two friends of mine. When I got back to the dealer I said to them, look at my hand. It was shaking from adrenaline. That was all it took.
