help wanted

Ian66 ,a bit of friendly advise. Triumph made the rocket but some of the members on this site are far more capable of sorting out problems on the bike than any dealership on the planet ,and we're probably faster at doin it too.

I thank you for all your help and advice ,
found out that it's not getting the signal to the 2 cylinder, spoke with them and to get ecu tested by carmo electronics uk is £35 and they have done them before so it's the best way to finalise it , sent it this morning, if not the ecu think it's time to start shouting and see what happens , Iv told triumph uk I will be going to the press over there parts issues on bikes only 18 yr old , they want us to ride and support there brand but they don't suport us who own them very well , unless you keep buying new .
I do mean I appreciate everybody's advice and suport, thanks , will update once they come back to me .

Does that mean that it was running on two cylinders?
i have a lot of knowledge in this area because that was the area that mine was acting up on that is why i have a spare ecu.
on mine when it was cold the coils would not fire but if you let it sit in the sun until 3:00 it would start and run perfect until the next day.
good luck and i am avaliable if info is needed.

new coils and plugs tried as that was 1st suspicion but made no difference,

will pass this all on thanks ,,
if your ever in devon England call in I will buy you a few beers

i never thaught about the batteries being a problem having put two batteries in my rocket one of the batteries was two years old.
finally i bought two new bats. through a little charge on them (latter regret not checking them) and put them in my 07 and only hook up one would not start with out bat charger so hook up the other bat in parallel then it started up with out a problem.
of coarse i am in arizona wont know till winter if the cold start problem is fixed.
