I was told to let the warm up 5 to 10 min and it would be good to go, and I would not have the issues with it some people report. It sounds real good running, I was even impressed when I started it and it was not a thunderous rawer. I have sensitive hearing. (large satellites on both sides of my head ) even giving it the throttle it was smooth.

With the stock exhaust you will keep your sensitive hearing the rocket in stock form sounds like a very big sewing machine.

Hello Shane and welcome from Virginia. I was recently out in Guernsey and once lived in Colorado. The R3 will be most happy to stretch its legs on those open plains and scrub the rubber in the mountains.

Welcome Shane ! I have an 05'. Mine has had some issues but is way more the exception than the rule. With such low miles it would be hard to tell if the one your looking at has the second gear problem, as it typically didn't show up until around 10-15 thousand miles. It obviously wouldn't be repaired under warranty now. Unless your handy with a wrench, you might be better off going with a newer one. I'm sorry to hear about your wife. Never give up hope.

I am waiting on an answer still se see which way i will go. I am handy with tools amd i have good friemds that could help also.
