Heat discoloration on exhaust

Yeah, it looks strange to me. Also, it catches my nail a bit. I see this spot between both sets of exhaust headers. Wondering if I should take off the exhaust and see what's happening from the other side.

Not much you can do. It's a spot weld that is a different metal on the back side. Other than taking it off. Drilling it out and welding back the same grade stainless then sanding it all back down in the same grain then cleaning it and heating it to straw colour.... Sounds like a major pita that won't look right. Imo take it to the dealer and see what's up?
