I actually had HIDs in it, I took them out, didn't like their "everywhere" lighting pattern.

Fixed. It was the relay switch. Found one at Auto Zone. Installed it during lunch at work.

You may want to replace the relay with a factory relay at some point. Some relays have a diode paralleled with the coil to prevent transient voltage spikes from the collapsing voltage in the relay coil as it is de-energized. I don't know how the starter relay is setup on the Triumph, but there has been some discussion about how it may or may not influence the bikes ECU should a spike occur. Just a thought that figured might be worth mentioning.
