You were correct Sir fuse number 10 was the culprit, I made sure everything worked in stock configuration and it did. I then reinstalled the LED headlamps and everything worked properly, I did buy a 5 pack of the 5 amp fuses and put them in my pack in case it does it again. If it does what would be next to try, load imbalance resistor or something similar.
I finally installed and tested the headlight nacelles you gave me Steve. WOW! What an improvement. I drilled the reflector and installed the little German lights so I still have a little amber glow.

I put these on my new R3R - 5.75" Led Headlights Fit Triumph Speed/Street Triple, Rocket 3,Harley Sportster | eBay - I was going to upgrade to PIAA lamps, but these LED's were almost the same as 2 new bulbs - they throw a very wide beam and are much, much brighter than OEM - marker lights not an issue where I am, just took out the bulbs and taped up the sockets.
Tony,
Was surfing around trying to find a similar small light bar like yours.
Could/would you provide a name or link?
Merry Christmas to you and your lovely girls!
