Look at the JW Speaker 8630 LED light very good light

Work great, people I ride with say its VERY conspicuous to them in mirrors and looking at the bike.
 
thanks for all your help and replies. I must admit I have never had any bother with MOT where the lights are concerned on any machine I've owned as long as they light the road (even somewhat) and the aim is good. They must be a lot more vigilant in Wales than here? that ain't a bad thing unless the tester is just a pedantic old fool, at least a strict test can install confidence in the road worthiness of your bike. I have decided to go against the grain and fit a single 7" fitted with 100/90 H4 lamp with Cree spots either side. I will obviously post a pic or two when done to get some feedback.
 
The first ride home from work on the rocket with the stock lights was a nightmare. So we switched bulbs out to a more expensive bulb which did not work out very well. Did some homework and bought the JW speakers and really like them a lot. One year of riding and 19,000 miles later (half of which is spent riding late at night or very early morning) the lights have saved my @ss more than once. I ride very open highway back and forth to work daily which results in a lot of critters that lucky for them and myself I can avoid because I can see them before it becomes a problem. Money well spent.
 

If you plan on going to a 7 inch single, may I suggest the headlight on the new 1200 Bonneville. Very bright and a good pattern.
