I know you don't drink but, Ill drink to all that. Thank you Brother. My plans to go to Virginia are still solid. Will make a stop in Monroe, LA to visit a friend and then drive to VA. Should be getting there Saturday 29th. I have never been in those parts so it will be a 1st time adventure for me. The way back will be south to Jacksonville to see my son and take a ride somewhere with him. Then I 10 west back home to Houston to recharge. Looking forward to meeting you and rest of the pack.

Came up with a master plan, we will go to RAA the first week of august and will go to Cali the last week of september, , now, what is the best way to convince people to postpone a family reunion??

Tell them INS found out about it and are planning a raid, so you changed the date for everyone's sake.

A lot of them are staying at the campground/cabin/motel but I have not checked if they are booked up. most likely they are . I stayed at the motel 6 in Hillsville when I was up checking the area out. I did not go for the cheapest room but went for one up front and so I could park the bike in front of the room ground floor. Nice room one king sized bed. no smoking which did not have the smell of a ashtray in it. (important as I have been trying to quit). Anyway it was 71.30 out the door. and well all though the campgrounds were nice and clean in order to get say a meal one will have to ride somewhere or bring food with them. Hillsville has plenty of places to eat. I plan on calling them today and see what is available but it will be later after it heats up. I am working in the attic until then while it is cooler up there. I'll let you know what I find out.

Yes Lupe. It has camping,cabins and some motel rooms. We have a room and so does Anthony. Not sure who else is booked there.
