TRUTH there peeps. You can dehydrate to dangerous levels riding with hot wind across the skin and beer is NOT the answer. Spray on sunscreen on face, neck and ears a must too.

Having ridden across the South West and Death valley a few times in July and August I can tell you that you will dehydrate quicker and more than you think - and you won't notice it while you are riding. Drink twice as much water as you think you will need. If you don't take a leak at EVERY stop then you are not drinking enough!!!

Jim uses sunscreen where the sun don't shine.

Getting close, been out trying to wear the max out so I can stuff the new one on. The harley guys down the road said something about wheel slippage marks in front of their house :D
