$600 on first glance seems like a lot of money, but it's a whole weekend, plus tables and chairs, I looked locally, it would be a lot more than that here. I'm good with that.

+ 1K9 It will be worth it. The pool area is small and is not covered. and we won't have to park the bikes in the balconies.

As far as parking the bikes it will be in grass. If it's on the pavement it's 150 more. I will have more info tomorrow after I make the trip up there.

The front lawn looks like it would work. From the Google pics it looks kind'a too sloped but doable.

I think there is a grassy spot in back towards the pool area. It's hard to see on Google maps and getting ahold of the owner without him dropping calls is getting crazy. I will just make the drive up. It's only a couple of hours away

What do they mean it is $150 more to park on pavement??????????? does the motel at least have a roof on it or is that extra funny lot these southerners.

Just so everyone here knows. I have a garage, tools, some skills, a spare room and good cooking for anyone needing a place to stay.
No kids, old lady, etc.
No drama!!!!

You forgot to mention the deep pit with the rope and basket to pass down the hand lotion
