When I was in high school and thought I was all that + a bag of chips I was approached by an officer on my way to school, A group of us had been smoking weed in the alley on our way to the high school. When he asked me to put out my cigarette I flicked it into his face, he shoved me into his partner who had walked up behind me unbeknownst to me and the two of them worked me over a little not too much but just a little,

I spent the day down at the police station while they contacted my father, When I explained to him what happened, his response was I would’ve kicked your ass too.....

Not sure what this has to do with anything though....

BTW our LE in this county is in deep **** right now. There are dozens of FBI agents at the county jail searching LE vehicles. The sheriff himself and half his crew may be the inmates soon?? My daughter lives across the street from the little air strip and she says she sees county LE cars going in there all the time and small planes coming and going around the same time.

I am sure everyone has good and bad stories to tell about LE just like LE could tell some stories about us it usually ends up well.

As a young hippie degenerate, I developed a distrust for the law in general. Over the years, I have softened my approach because as the Lynyrd Skynyrd lyrics state, "don't back talk the police because its his job to put you in the jail" and that is if you're being a dumba$$ and deserve it. There are good and bad in every group of people. I've learned to push the envelope a bit but never tear the danged thang open while a constable is watching. Managing a small herd of electricians is a daunting task. Imagine that you're charged with protecting the public at large and upholding the laws ( literally tons of them ), the next car you pull may be your last. Imagine the 45% stupidity rate we experience these days. Imagine that you daughter is dating a pot smoking skank band guy and your son just trashed your car. Imagine that your wife wants to live beyond your means. Imagine getting into a patrol car and having someone that knows they're in the wrong start back talking..........

Once I was a punk. Be respectful. You have no idea what the person you are addressing is going through on a personal level.

Why on earth would peeps who become coppers be any better than peeps that cook or do anything else?

I must be a criminal, I break the law every time I get on a bike.

I think I need to reconsider modifying the Rocket with power add ones, I’ll only break more laws.
