Head count for Josey's cooking supplies in WV

OK, here goes.

I'll be there Thursday the 11 th through Saturday night the 13 the. Menu is for evening meals only. Coffee and maybe breakfast bars for the 12th and 13th.

Thursday is chopped smoked pork bbq and Colcannon with chicken adobo.

Friday will be the Morrocan Express pork tenderloin marinated and served with yellow rice and sliced maters, green onions. Brussel sprouts as the side dish if I find them.

Saturday night will be Low Country Boil which has taters, corn, sausage, shrimp in it so there's no need for a side dish really. It will be served with butter and
 
The manager advises that the bears are out and about hitting the dumpsters so keeping our stuff picked up will be important. Nothing can be left out.

after looking at the food, and the menu, i can tell you right now i won't be eating that good, you bet i'm going to be suffering knowing what i'm missing, good time, good food, good roads, good people, oh well, i'll just start looking forward to next year
