Has anyone ordered from Allthingstriumph.com?

This is part and parcel of what I have continually referred to as Triumph America LTD's eggshell thin dealership and parts network over on this side of the pond. Their paucity of quality dealerships, properly trained service technicians and available parts is a glaring mismatch when contrasted with the overall excellence of their motorcycle lineup!

Both Bucks Motorsports and NCY Motorsports are authorized Triumph motorcycle dealerships and you know what that means vis-a-vis getting parts and accessories for our machines!:confused::(

http://www.worldoftriumph.com has come through for me both times I ordered stuff, one was a larger order with fog lights and one a tiny one with side cover rubber grommets and a cap, and neither was a problem. Not sure how they work outside the EU but they're definitely my go-to shop for bits.

Received the Highway Peg and Mount. Trying to install them but have a question as the directions clearly indicate two washer are supposed to be installed with both pegs. Each peg seems to be missing the "shakeproof washer," and I only have one "plain washer," for each peg.

Can anyone who has installed the Triumph OEM pegs remember if both kinds of washers (for a total of 4) were included in your set?

Thanks.

I installed a set recently and also only recieved one pair of washers, even though instructions do show 2 pair. I torqued them to speck and they seem to be staying in place. Maybe Triumph decided they weren't really needed.

That store is affiliated/owned by these people http://www.crosscountrycycle.net/ , who own and operate a Triumph dealership along with about 6-8 other lines, which has very poorly experienced or trained and, consequently, incompetent techs. Furthermore, given my direct, very costly and bad experience(s) with them - more than once, I'm afraid - I am comfortable in stating that they are also dishonest. Personally, I will steer clear of them at all costs. The last dealership that I made similar comments about went out of business. Unfortunately, these tools just might be too big to fail.:cautious::(
