That store is affiliated/owned by these fine people http://www.crosscountrycycle.net/ , who own and operate a Triumph dealership. among others, that has very poorly experienced or trained and, consequently, incompetent techs. Furthermore, given my direct, very costly and bad experience(s) with them - more than once, I'm afraid - I am comfortable in stating that they are also dishonest. Personally, I will steer clear of them at all costs. The last dealership that I made similar comments about went out of business. Unfortunately, these tools just might be too big to fail.

Did you read my entire post, Steve? I wouldn't send a plugged nickel theirway for the grief and expense they caused me...
