R3Touring bars are VERY different to Standard and Classic bars.
Most prefer the original Classic bars designed to match the footboards even on Standards and Roadsters with pegs.
A lot of us even hated the R3Touring bars on the R3T and I had a NOS set of Classic bars I fitted to mine before writing it off.
I gave away the stock R3T bars.
You will find the Roadster ones offered by
@Fozzie are much better than R3T bars on your Classic but they would improve further with pull back risers like RIVCO made.
The Classic has longer clutch and throttle cables with their own Triumph part numbers you can find on any dealer parts finder like Fowlers UK.
