Got rear-ended for Christmas

Did $14,000 damage to my RIII when i went down after hitting a diesel spill in the rain. QBE refused to write-it off because i have agreed value insurance..would have had to get me a new Rocket. I made sure 'every' damaged part was replaced .. and given to me watch your insurance company mate they are sneaky pricks.
 
@TOMCAT I'm with QBE too. Might have some common stories to tell soon

I'm not at fault so hopefully QBE will just pass costs through rather than d1cking me around. Time will tell.
 
Craig, how is your eyesight now? That really catches my attention and would surely not rule the hit out as the cause. Keep the faith and be well brother.
