Good Price for comfort ?

Spot on I'm about to hit 57 and while I have solid frame 30 years of baking worn out the shoulders and elbows just that little bit makes a difference, I can tell the difference and besides once you get the fitting kit you can also get a larger screen later, as matter of interest how tall are you
6"1 Hanso , im reasonably fit still hit the Gym 4 days per week but the military wore me out and playing Rugby

Wrecka, I agree with Hanso mate. Maybe it is my height (5'8") but I find the flyscreen to make a huge difference with wind off your chest. I remember being completely baffled by the difference...not so much when you put it on you kinda think there is no difference but after you ride with it on and get used to it, then take it off and you feel a big difference in the chest.

You might want to also consider a fairing instead of a windshield? this is the ultimate in comfort and blocking the wind, I love mine.. Picture in my avatar.

Your bike definitely looks cosy mate, im more interested in retaining the look of the Roadster as much as possible but also gain a small degree of extra comfort .

Just a question for the Aussies here does the price shipped from the states for these items look fair ?

Just joking about the car bit, big screens and fairings just not my thing not to sure about Mitch and the Goldwing. I've heard that's true. I have the fly screen on my Roadster because I like the look of it, don't know if it stops any wind or not, never ridden it without it. Triumph Springwood put it on to clinch the deal when I brought it. From memory the screen and the bracket kit was about $500.00 Aus.

The footpeg position on the Roadster takes a lot of the weight off your arms and chest on a long ride. I rode a lot of miles on a Softail and after about 3 hours it was very hard on your arms. Had to ride for a while every now and then with my feet on the pillion pegs to give my arms a rest.

If I'm not wrong Tomcat might have a spare flyscreen in matt black. don't think he has the brackets but they are easy enough to mock up.
Appreciate the angle mate , think i'll just go ahead next pay and buy both the screen and bars, if i dont like it then i'll sell it off, i do like the look of it though
