I know the Yokohama works because I run it on my R3T and I ran it on my 2011 Road Glide I had before the rocket. I think there is a Goodyear that some guys run here as well. There is a darkside website dedicated to running cts on the rear and what has been tested. Directional tires and runflats are what people tend to go with also higher speed ratings are desirable because most have a sturdier sidewall. Once you ride it take it easy and give it 400 miles to break in. As stated the bead is different than a MC tire and takes a while to break in. A lot of folks run them close to 38 lbs but I prefer to run mine at the recommended max but I did this after breaking it in at 38 lbs. you will have to play with it to see what you like. Let us know if the Pereli is a winner. I'm fairly certain any V rated will work but have not personally tested the theory and will provably continue to use directional tread. All said I have over 8000 miles with my current set and front and rear still look new. I put a 170bp excedra max on the front.
