Can anyone recommend a good switched hot wire to connect the Gipro to on the R3T, so it's not pulling power from the battery when the bike is off?......thanks in advance....Larry P.

I can tell you from my experience this winter that the GiPro doesn't pull any noticeable amount of power. I put my bike in the shed for a few months this winter only to realize two days ago that I didn't plug in the trickle charger. The bike fired right up, no problem with GiPro, PCV and all. Hope this helps.

gipro

surely if you switched it you would have to re-programme it every time you turn it on .memory would be lost when switching off.:)

minimal power drain ..hook it up as suggested..none of us have had problems with dircet to the battery..I agree that re-programming may be necessary with on.off hook up.
