Once I located the proper coupling, the install was easy. Grounded it to an existing ground, and spilced red side to a switched hot wire. Gear indicator works flawlessly, but I did have to go thru the "learn" process. Also very easy.
Only disappointment is that performance-wise, I can tell no difference from stock before the GiPro. I currently have it set to mode #3, which is supposedly the most agressive in gears 1 and 2. But honestly, there's no discernable difference versus before the GiPro.
At this point, it looks Like I've spent $162.95 just to tell what gear I'm in.
Not impressed at this point. Maybe I just need to give it time?
