Getting older

Dang I thought you were older than me
Learned a good thing today while out shopping. The newer smaller size carts make good Walkers, then you got a basket there incase you stumble into something you want

So true! If I sleep more than a few hours, Jamie checks to see if I’m breathing! Every couple of hours, pee, fallback asleep 2 hrs....
 
Soon to be 66...My sentiments exactly. I was a logger from '75 'til '97 and the wear and tear of that profession is showing up more and more all the time. My mind still tries to tell my body to do things it just can't do anymore.

One more thing about this getting older thing, I have a 36 ford hotrod ford pickup I built a few years ago, it has a built pontiac motor and gets
lots of attention, I go motor around in that and it makes me feel 35 years younger. Its different then a rocket in that just about everyone
identifies with it and people want to buy it and ask for a price, I always ask them What is something worth that can take 35 yrs off your life?
Just saying guys we come from a cool era, and if you can, strut your stuff a little, it makes you feel better about being older!

I agree but I know I look a lot younger than when my wife takes a picture on her phone. I delete them all as I look so friggin old. The mirror does lie a little bit, phone pics are brutal! Where the hell did my hair go in pictures? It's still there in the mirror. Maybe I should give the mirror back to the Sleeping Beauty Queen.

Exactly it. Riding big Honda’s, H.D’s even the Susuki 109’s seem to be just fun enjoyable rides. The Rocket is different. They raise your senses and truly bring out best in the rider. Very few things equal riding a R3.
