Gearbox - exit stage left - need Robinson info

A couple of months ago on a left turn about 300klms from home I heard a big bang that stood the bike up - crapped myself.
Turns out the cut lip had come a drift.
I have it all apart and have the Robinson billet gear and have it all at the shop being back cut. I really would like to upgrade the cut lips at the same time but Robinson’s NEVER return my emails. Does anyone have the cut lip details?

That's just plain bad luck. Looks like you guys were on a nice long distance excursion and this happens. Glad you didn't get hurt. Can 't help you regarding your request but someone will pipe up soon. Will you be able to repair the holes in the case with some Devcon plastic steel or aluminum?

Yeah @ozrider and @Pete and I were out for a three day ride - Just stopped raining , roads just dried a bit then this happend.

Check out the parts list (#0) here, Rotorclip, iirc these are the one Robinson uses. I don't have a Robinson'd transmission to measure up and be sure but I am certain the circlip part of his service I copied for the 6th gear project, he gave me the detail.

I have a bag of 50 of each, if you need a few posted...

2.5L Rocket Stroker Engine Kit with 6 Speed Transmission (R&D)

...I really wish that 6 speed had come to production... would solve a lot of problems I'm going to have next year. I also have been dreaming of the 6-speed.... he says it will take $100K if we can get 100 buyers to tool up and produce them.

Yeh, I asked him the same thing... I wonder if he found the 2 chunks of aluminium missing from the case on the highway? That case probably should be repairable.
