Gearbox blokking problem

WOW !! That's not what I like to hear !
Sounds like a lot of work and a lot of money....
WELL its a good idea to if you buy a 08 orunder to make sure the updates have been done as you know to avoid the problems its easier to just buy a newer 09 up model

Well, today we build out out the front of the engine, to see what is wrong with the gearshift.
I made a platform and fixed it to the carlift, so we can work on standing level.
First we build out the front wheel and fender.
We Drained oil and coulant, then build out radiator, waterpomp and hoses.
Clutch and The front cover where easy to remove.
Omdeed the detent spring was in two peaces ! That's the outcome I wanted. Lucky that's it's not a serious problem in the gearbox itself.
After removing the two springparts , is was possible to go to all gears!
Gearbox works in principal perfect !
Tomorrow I will order new parts and after that the bike can be rebuild.
I hope the new spring is beter/stronger than the broken one and I wonder of for the clutch pin on picture 5 a modification one is avalable .
Thank you all for your support and advice.
Jan.

Older style lifter piece so I would guess your bike to ne older then a 2011. I would order the newer one and toss that one. Look at the lifter shaft forks where the lifter piece head fits and make sure there is no burning, scoring , or other damage. If so change it also. When installing the spring do not score it like with needle nose pliers it will weaken it and fail.

Your right. It's a 2007 bike.
I will go for a modification spring and clutch lifter, if possible.
