Fumoto engine oil drain plug...

I've already got one flush mounted plug all, burred over because I've scraped the sump a couple of times

I saw a touring rocket bottom at the shop where I had my roadster fixed and the wrench showed me the bottom if he would have had a spring loaded spigot he would have had a major oil leak as the fins on his motor bottom were shaved badly

I have seen these on some 60/70's Land Yachts (big Dodge and Chryslers) but I would not do it on a bike unless it was under a skid plate.
