13 RTR - 31 to 33 mpg. Fairly heavy on the throttle and cruise around 75 - 80 on the freeway. Not great mileage, but no worse than expected. :)

When I got married the first time I had hired a Rolls Royce as a wedding car, I asked the driver "what's it like on fuel" his reply was priceless and I made it my fab saying "if you have to ask that you can't afford to own it" fuel economy can range from "friggin awefull but a lot of fun" to "fantastic but crap there were a lot of cops around today" it all comes down to the Right Hand same goes for tyre wear

34 uk mpg on the first tank on my 2013 R3R, 33 mpg on the second and 32 mpg on the third...there's a trend lol....I can't see how I'll ever get above 35...and I don't care :)

Its not like I bought it for mileage but if its getting way less than other bikes I would be curious as to why

A valid point, but look at it this way. I can get anything from 200km to 400km out of a tank. Even riding the same, if I manage to get a good run with the the lights on the way to work for a week, I can get an extra 50 km out of a tank. It's not the sitting or even the stop start per se, it's the way I start. I love the acceleration, not so much the speed, so I tend to give it to her at take off, pretty much every time. Same story with tyre wear. So the only way to compare is to know exactly how you ride compared to someone else. Also, size does matter (I weigh around 80 kg). If your bike starts easily, runs well, isn't blowing black smoke and your plugs look healthy, then it most likely is doing fine. Just enjoy it.

Fuel economy? Not really high on my list of reasons for buying the world's largest production bike. When the light comes on, I fill up.

Yeah im with you on this one mate lol but for the purpose of this thread I get around 12killometers per litre or for you guys on the other side of the pond around 28 miles per gallon

Here are my recent MPG's for the two 2005's I own, I usually ride fairly conservative but occasionally punch it. Both machines have wind shields and I try to top the tank off the same each time at fill up.
32.00, 37.57, 28.24, 29.72, 30.56, 32.60, D & D exhaust, no cat, 13k miles
