Front fender?

You lost me at "I made the adapter", friend. But, the result was brilliant, nevertheless. You are an R3 GenieLink Removed, oops, I meant genius!

Geeze, I thought that Steve had put up post #31 (senior moment), so I should have referenced "razorbacks" in my post #34. For the record I like the rack - it goes nicely with the rest of your sculpture and it looks to be the very essence of functionality unlike those sissified, chrome racks me and many others here sport and are always wary of scratching.

Thanks Phil,

I seriously didn't have a problem with the post, since the rack does have some cool ventilation holes!
I'm not an old bull but a retired firefighter, and believe me, firefighters have to have thick skin!

Steve, ................................I love you man! Send me the dimensions!
Lonnie

I need to understand more about how it mounts and where?
I know I'd like about 12" in length, no more than 2" above the highest point on the rear fender and access underneath for cleaning.

Georg, sorry for the hijack.........

Steve,

I used a bottom mount for a single pillion seat, then just made some mounts that go down from the rear of the rack to some drilled and tapped holes located in the frame under the rear fender strut covers. I did have to trim the strut covers slightly. If you want I can make the rack and let you fab up some mounts??????

Let's communicate by PM, (conversation), about this out of respect for the OP.
