Front brake rotor replacement.

I'm getting that shaking and grab and release feel. Why do you think it is? I'm thinking I should machine the rotor of replace them.

You can’t really get bike rotors machined (too thin). The shaking could be a number of things including that the discs are warped. They don’t need to be out by much and replacement is pretty much the only remedy.
Grab and release could be something different. I had it one time and before I went and replaced anything I got brake cleaner and some very fine sand paper and gave them a really good clean. Fixed it straight away. Its possible this could cause the shaking too.
