I’m not convinced this has anything to do with the map. What map did you modify and load? Where did you buy the bike? US? Europe?
First thing, go to the Facebook Tuneecu for Android group page, join it, and IM Tom TomTom and run this by him. You could also just post your TFT issue and see if someone can help. You could also try to email the Tuneecu software developer Alain Fontaine (
meeouf@gmail.com).
Next, can you find another triumph dealer? I think it’s bs that they won’t fix your bike whether you caused the problem or not. If you’re in the US, call the Triumph USA in Atlanta (888 284-6288).
