We seriously lost almost a whole day and were super frustrated. And Kevin and Konrad know their way around bikes REALLY well but this was the first time any of us had dug around into the new 2.5 ECU. The first line at TuneEcu should read- “You MUST use the key fob when loading any maps into the 2.5 motorcycles!”

The spare key is just that..it's basically a backup key to get the bike started should you lose the keyfob or the battery goes flat in it. I carry the spare key with me for these situations only.

Yes, but it is so much nicer to carry around than that monstrosity of a fob and never gives a “key not detected” warning when under a phone in my front pocket. It does everything the fob does EXCEPT for doing the auxiliary switch for more than two minutes. I still use the fob sometimes and just drop it in my jacket pocket but not everybody wears ATGATT. I think the fob works just like the spare if the battery goes dead but I have never tested it.

Hi, on TuneECU, after connecting I press ECU, I press Tests & Adjustments, then press ADJUSTMENTS & there isn't an option for the crankshaft position sensor!!!! On the video there is but I don't have that option, any ideas?? Sorry to be a pain, that's where the confusion was in previous messages, I just haven't seen that option anywhere. Please help, advise.

Hi, on TuneECU the adjustment screen, it doesn't give me the option for crankshaft sensor relearn, any ideas?

When you hit ECU in the adjustments screen and connect, what adjustments are available? Could you post a screen shot?
