Thank you for your message & suggestions, I will try what you've suggested& see what happens. I guess disconnecting the battery wouldn't solve it, would it? That would be to easy, wouldn't it?
I suppose it is worth a try
I have not tried this on this late of model but you might try that and put a test light in between the cables so as to run down the keep alive memory

Found the problem. Dang, you had me sweating in my August in TN garage. You owe me a pint when I get over there in Oct! Ok. 1. Get back to this screen. 2. Click Run/Yes to Reset Engine Adaptions. 3. The following adaptations will be reset. Hit Run/yes. You will see the crankshaft now. NOW STOP! You know how you got here to these screens so now go take a 10-15 minute ride and come back and get back to this point with a warm engine and then follow the video with the engine running. Full throttle, etc. Hold the throttle wide open, do not let off. It will tell you when it is recalibrated. Good luck, Fingers crossed! I need a pint! Added- Couldn’t wait

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this for me, this is the first time for me & I'm still unsure. Please I'm sorry, can you explain a little deeper from point 3. Sorry to ask.

OK, so when I get to the WARNING screen which says crankshaft, I stop there & do nothing as in press nothing. I leave the OBD connected, put my phone in my pocket whilst still connected via Bluetooth & then go for a 10-15 minute ride......then follow the rest of your instructions?

Naw, I would disconnect the OBO and go for a ride. You know how to get back to that spot when you get back with a warmed up engine.

I will add- I would hit cancel, cancel, cancel and get back to the “normal” ECU screen and then go for a ride. Let’s not tempt fate or the Triumph idiosyncrasies.

I will let you know later on how I've got on & hopefully sorted it. It's now 0210am in the morning struggling to stay awake, time for 40 winks

Bad news I'm afraid, unfortunately it didn't work for me
