is there a proper file for me ?

Go look on the TuneECU custom tunes page at Custom Tunes, you also need to get the one for your region, not just the VIN range. All the 2.5 Rocket sections are at the bottom of the page, yours will be the US/Canada or ROW tune in the second section. To confirm, you can also plug into your ECU and TuneECU will tell you the map version (31018, 31019 etc) to make sure you're getting the right one.

Hi, I'm a newbie so please forgive me. I need help, I have a Triumph Rocket 3 TFC 69 plate. I'm trying to remap my bike using a OBD link MX+ & TuneECU. I get as far as ETV3 on my tablet, I press the bottom far right figure 100 nothing happens, I try again press the 100 figure then table at the top, modify is not highlighted so I can't press it!! Any idea where I'm going wrong?

You’re trying to edit a map, right? What do you want to accomplish?

Yes, I'm trying to edit a map, ETV3, last two columns 100 then 70 then 60 then 50 then 41 then 33 going right to left. It's just when I have the map page on the tablet, it won't allow me to modify!!!

So you open the table tab, then modify. It first gives you a warning, hit continue. Then you see a red X and a grey check upper right. If there is a 100 in the lower right, push on it with finger tip until it turns tan. On my tablet it frequently doesn’t work but it will. Then upper right you see two offset blue pages. This is copy/paste. Press on it, then hit copy. Now press the top cell in the 100 column and hold it as it turns tan. Then drag it to the bottom until the entire column is tan. Now hit the blue pages on top and hit paste. Hit the green check upper right to save your edits. Now save the map and do the same for the 91.2 column. There are Penner’s maps which you can use to derestrict also.
