And thanks to you @Idaho Red Rocket 3 and a google I found a set from the UK delivered to Oz for Au$140 with the LATER gasket by the looks of it but without the head bolts which I picked up discounted last year locally from Peter Stevens M/C online
Either way I will have a use for both the old (possibly) and the new defiintely shortly.

The gasket kit I have is T3990089 it says Gasket Kit Full, Rocket III on the label. It has the head bolts in it.

Both the Head Gasket and Full engine kits have the head bolts.

A friend of mine claims he purchased the last Silver Engine upgrade kit from Triumph UK in late February for $1200 plus tax. At that time they had 4 Black Engine kits left.
The local dealer located them by calling direct...
