Want to Buy ** FOUND** Engine Up-Date Kit

I am still looking for these parts. Open box, miss-match from others kits. Anybody willing to step up ?
I'm fairly sure @warp9.9 (or @Ishrub ) has all the parts sat somewhere in boxes - And for a paltry $15,000 he'd even part with them.

No but Warp does have a 05 silver motor down in the barn with a broken crankshaft and a few broken valves. I have no excuse except I wasn't thinking or I'd have ordered 4 of the darn kits. A lot of which doesnt even need to be in there. What you need to do is figure out wht you actually need. The 2nd gear componentsalong with the detent wheel parts. The two torsional damper bearings and maybe the rear seal in the cover. The belleville washer for the input shaft. And depending on what you have in the 05 cam chain guide tensioner side. And a few gaskets . I'll look at the kit list and see if there is any other must have parts most of it I'm just not sure why triumph supplied a bunch of crap it didn't need unless they planned on the technicians loosing parts.

The Transmission looks to be in great shape and should be OK as is. I also purchased a used final drive and drive shaft because the splines were stripped out on the bike.
This damage turned out to be the actual problem once the bike was totally stripped down.
Now that I'm working on putting it all back together, I just wanted to up-grade some of the engine parts since it is a 2005 and all torn down anyway.

I did find and buy a NOS OEM complete engine gasket kit I found pretty cheap on fleabay. I have a new clutch nut, Threebond 1207B, and some money for parts.

Looking for the following Up-Grade Parts
Detent Wheel Parts
Lower Cam Chain Gear and Wedge
Cam Chain Guides
Cam Chain
And what ever bearings Warp says I should change while I am in there. (The ones in there now seam to be OK. Yes the Torsional bearing is backwards but it seams to be Ok.)
And anything else Warp says I should change while I am in there.

I got a set of cam chain guides, crank gear and cam chain of different suppliers on UK eBay and a complete gasket kit from eBay USA. There is an early and a later version of the Gasket kit and yours may require the early version to fit the different diameter oil tank pipe outlets and a few other little things.
Sadly as I did not have a build happening I sold them to BSA Bob at cost for his Turbo build before I discovered my Toad's gearbox woes.

There has an opened/incomplete Gasket kit on eBay USA for a year or too but there was no listing of what was missing and it certainly appeared to be quite a bit missing and very expensive.

I shall post in a few days if I have any luck finding suppliers.

Ok so first lets have a looksee at you cam guide tensioner side so we can see which one you have. You probably have a good one already. Would bet you have the heavier cam chain so you should measure it to see if its good to go. Not sure what the wedge is that your referring to on the lower cam chain gear? I call it the crank shaft gear but tomato tomato.i do agree on the detent wheel stuff. New torsional damper bearings and installed correctly. So are you sending the transmission to Robinson Industries?
